Important: Neither ElectroSpotmatic (camera application) nor SpotmaticMagic (image processing application) collects any personal data. All information always stays on your device.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal data. All data remains on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third parties.

Both applications work entirely offline:

• ElectroSpotmatic (Camera Application): Images and videos you capture are stored locally on your device. Any metadata such as location data (if enabled) and camera settings remain on your device only.
• SpotmaticMagic (Image Processing Application): Images you process are handled entirely on your device. No images or processing data are ever uploaded or transmitted.

We do not collect device information, usage data, or any other personal information. All processing happens locally on your device.

3. How We Use Your Information

We do not use your information because we do not collect it. Both applications operate entirely on your device:

• ElectroSpotmatic: Provides camera control functionality and saves photos and videos directly to your device's photo library. Any location tagging (if enabled) is done locally and stored only on your device.
• SpotmaticMagic: Processes images entirely on your device using local algorithms. No data leaves your device.

All functionality is provided locally without any data collection or transmission.

4. Data Storage and Processing

All data stays on your device. Both ElectroSpotmatic and SpotmaticMagic operate entirely offline:

• All photos, videos, and processed images are stored locally on your device
• We do not upload, transmit, or store any data on our servers
• Both applications process images locally using your device's hardware and software
• No network connection is required for core functionality
• No data is ever sent to third parties or external servers

5. Third-Party Services

Both applications may integrate with the following Apple services, all of which operate locally on your device:

• Photo Library (ElectroSpotmatic & SpotmaticMagic): To save and access photos on your device only
• Location Services (ElectroSpotmatic, optional): To tag photos with GPS coordinates stored locally on your device
• Camera Access (ElectroSpotmatic): To provide manual camera controls
• Microphone Access (ElectroSpotmatic, optional): To record audio with videos, stored locally

We do not share any user data with third parties because we do not collect any data. All Apple service integrations operate locally on your device and do not transmit data externally.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device and we do not collect any data:

• Photos, videos, and processed images remain on your device until you delete them
• App settings and preferences are stored locally and can be reset by deleting and reinstalling the app
• No data is retained on our servers because we do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data
• You have complete control over all data - simply delete files from your device to remove them permanently

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have complete control over your data since it all stays on your device:

• Access: View all photos, videos, and processed images stored locally on your device
• Delete: Delete any data at any time through your device settings or the apps themselves
• Control: Enable or disable location services, camera access, photo library access, and microphone access through iOS Settings
• Export: Export your photos, videos, and processed images through the iOS Photos app
• Privacy: Since no data is collected, there is no data to request, modify, or delete from our servers

8. Children's Privacy

Our applications are not intended for children under 13 years of age. However, since we do not collect any personal information from anyone, including children, there is no risk of collecting data from children. All data remains on the device and is never transmitted to us.

9. Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device and we do not collect or transmit any data, the security of your data depends entirely on your device's security settings and your handling of the device. We recommend using standard iOS security features such as Face ID, Touch ID, and a strong passcode to protect your device and the data stored on it.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this privacy policy periodically for any changes.
